In setting fees for our services and pricing our products, we aim to be fair and reasonable.
For services and products we provide at your home, farm or ranch, we charge our usual in-hospital fees plus one-way mileage to cover travel costs to your location.
Payment is due at the time we provide our services. We expect you to pay us in full at the conclusion of your appointment or the doctor’s visit. If your animal has been boarded, full payment is due when you pick up your animal.
If your animal is to be admitted to the hospital, the veterinarian will provide a written estimate for your approval before admission. A 50% deposit is due before we admit your animal to the hospital, with the balance due when you pick up your animal.
You may pay us using cash, personal checks and major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover.
We also accept CareCredit, a healthcare credit card you can apply for and use to cover veterinary expenses. To find out more and apply for CareCredit card online, visit CareCredit’s veterinary medical plan page. We will be happy to help you complete the CareCredit application in our office, too.
Our veterinarians and staff are always happy to discuss our charges with you and provide detailed estimates in advance for recommended treatments and procedures.
Qualified clients with significant, ongoing needs for herd health care and management services may arrange for monthly billing. Contact the hospital for more information about billing options that may be available to you.
