Blue Springs Veterinary Services is actually two practices in one, caring for small animals—dogs and cats—and large animals—mostly cattle and horses.
As a complement to traditional veterinary medical approaches, we offer chiropractic services.
For all our patients, large and small, we stress wellness and preventive care.
While most of our patients are dogs, cats, horses and cows, we also care for other large animals like Harmony, an alpaca from Hidden Gem Ranch who needed an emergency C-section.

We see most patients in our hospital, but both veterinarians make house and farm calls.
We equip and stock our truck with commonly-used medicines and supplies to provide complete routine, emergency and dental care at your location, including taking x-rays. We perform ultrasound procedures on cattle in the field but recommend horses come to the clinic for ultrasound.
We maintain an in-house pharmacy of commonly-prescribed drugs and carry a full line of our doctors’ favorite flea control and grooming products, prescription diets and nutrition supplements.
